Refunds & Returns

PHENO RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

 1. Returns Eligibility 

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions: 

- Unworn and unwashed 

- In original packaging, with tags intact 

- Free of stains, damage, or odor 

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused at our discretion. 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund: 

- Items marked “Sale” 

- Gift cards 

- Undergarments, base layers, or items with hygiene concerns 

3. Return Process 

To initiate a return, contact our team at info@phenosportswear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information: 

- Full name 

- Order number 

- Reason for return 

- Photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect 

We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and return address details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

4. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. 

5. Exchanges 

We offer exchanges on eligible items pending stock availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued. 

6. International Orders 

Returns on international orders are accepted under the same 14-day policy. However, return shipping, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty. 

7. Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@phenosportswear.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will prioritise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
