Q: Where do you ship to? 

A: We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, and most international locations. If you don’t see your country at checkout, please contact us at info@phenosportswear.com. 

Q: How much is shipping? 

A:UK tracked 48 hour Delivery: £4.95 (Free on orders over £75) 
EU: £11.95 (Free on orders over £85) 
International: £15.99 flat rate 

Q: How long does delivery take? 

A: UK: 2–4 working days 
Ireland & EU: 3–6 working days 
International: 5–10 working days (depending on destination) 

Q: How can I track my order? 

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your PHENO account to view your tracking information. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they’re unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Please visit our Returns Page or email info@phenosportswear.com to start a return. 

Q: Are sale items or underwear returnable? 

A: No, sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are final sale for hygiene reasons. 

Q: How do I exchange an item? 

A: To exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product or size. 

Sizing & Fit 

Q: How do I find my size? 

A: Each product page has a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for compression pieces and sizing down for relaxed fits. 

Q: Do your clothes run true to size? 

A: Yes, PHENO garments are engineered for performance and fit true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked? 

A: We do restock core styles, but limited-edition drops may not return. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page to be notified first. 

Q: Where are PHENO products made? 

A: PHENO products are designed in the UK and manufactured in premium, ethical performance factories in Europe and Asia.
